COTTONWOOD CANYONS STICKER PROGRAM

The UDOT Cottonwood Canyons sticker program is a winter safety, preparedness and education program specifically designed for the Cottonwood Canyons. The goal of this program is to increase vehicle safety and preparedness by pre-inspecting vehicle tires for winter driving conditions in advance of drivers traveling in the canyons.

DO I NEED A USDOT NUMBER?

Companies that operate commercial vehicles transporting passengers or hauling cargo in interstate commerce must be registered with the FMCSA and must have a USDOT Number.

If you wish to file a complaint against a company regulated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), click the link above. Companies regulated by the FMCSA include cargo tank facilities, brokers, bus, moving companies or trucking companies that operate across state borders, or any violations of the American with Disability Act (ADA) on a bus.

  • Filed complaints are used to help FMCSA determine which companies to investigate and will become part of a company's permanent record.
  • Complaints may be used for research purposes.
  • FMCSA may contact you for more information if further action is deemed appropriate.
