Uinta Brewing Company
Named for the Utah Mountain region, Uinta offers a sense of adventure and focus on sustainability with made-from-scratch bar food and wildly popular, locally made craft brews—some of the best in the U.S. The all-day menu features classic pub fare for the diverse needs of the SLC passenger including fish and chips, burgers, salads, hot sandwiches, and tacos, but also offers vegetarian items such as a jackfruit sandwich, options sensitive to cultural and dietary needs, breakfast items and a children’s menu.
