Fillings & Emulsions opened its doors in 2013 in Salt Lake City and has garnered praise and awards ever since. Chef Adalberto Diaz has a reputation as one of the best pastry chefs in the United States. He has combined the cuisine and culture of his homeland with international and French techniques to take breads and pastries to the next level with breathtaking flavor, texture and color combinations. Fillings & Emulsions offers an all-day breakfast, an assortment of the bakery’s famous pastries, hand pies, colorful macaroons as well as coffees and cold beverages.
