Terminal and Landside Operations

Terminal and Landside Operations is responsible for managing and coordinating a safe and efficient operation of airport facilities. Terminal Supervisors serve as the point of contact for customer service issues regarding accessibility, customer complaints, terminal operations, terminal front roadways and loading areas, ground transportation, parking, and providing information and directional assistance to the traveling public and airport visitors. Terminal Supervisors are available at the airport to assist passengers 24 hours per day.
