Employment Verification

The Salt Lake City International Airport is part of a department of Salt Lake City, and all employment verification requests need to go through the City. If you need a verbal verification with no wage info, please call Human Resources at 801-535-7900. They can provide name, dates of employment and position title.

If you need verification in writing with wage info, please fax or email your request (along with a signed authorization from the employee) to Payroll at 801-535-7682 or payroll@slc.gov.
