Airport Procurement

The Salt Lake City Department of Airports (SLCDA) Real Estate & Commercial Development division is responsible for managing contracts and solicitations for professional services, airport concessions and other related services that support the operation and development of the Airport.

SLCDA currently uses Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) to manage the solicitation process. Please register as a vendor through the U3P website to receive notifications about solicitations. Contact the U3P admin team by emailing them at U3PAdmin@utah.gov with questions or help with the registering process.

Registration as a vendor on U3P does not pre-qualify the vendor, guarantee notification, or receipt of a solicitation. It is the responsibility of the vendor to check the notices posted on U3P.

SLCDA is subject to the requirements of the Government Records Access and Management Act, Chapter 2, Title 63G Utah Code or its successor (“GRAMA”). All materials submitted to SLCDA are subject to disclosure unless such materials are exempt from disclosure pursuant to GRAMA. Purchasing for commodities and non-professional services are handled through Salt Lake City Corporation Purchasing & Contracts Management Division.
