Airport Procurement
The Salt Lake City International Airport Office of Real Estate & Commercial Development secures and contracts a variety of goods and services on behalf of the Salt Lake City Department of Airports (SLCDA). The Office of Real Estate & Commercial Development, located in the Airport Terminal, is responsible for managing contracts and solicitations for all professional services as well as concessions. This includes all professional engineering, training and legal services, as well as in-terminal food and beverage, retail and other concessions. The office also manages procurement of fixed base operators (FBOs), parking and janitorial service providers, as well as the convenience store concession on the inbound roadway.
Purchasing for commodities and non-professional services are handled through the City's Procurement Office, located in the Salt Lake City and County Building.
The Office of Real Estate & Commercial Development and the Salt Lake City Procurement Office currently use SciQuest to manage the RFP, RFQ and bid processes. To register with SciQuest, the online procurement provider, access SciQuest via the City's Purchasing page.
