Minimum Standards
The Salt Lake City Department of Airports (SLCDA) has established reasonable minimum standards to engage in commercial and general aviation aeronautical activities at all three airports owned and operated by the SLCDA. These minimums:
- Ensure safe, efficient and adequate levels of services are offered to the public
- Protect airport users from unlicensed and unauthorized products and services
- Maintain and enhance the availability of adequate services for all airport users
- Promote the orderly development of airport land
- Ensure the economic health of all on-airport operators
- Ensure the efficient use of navigable airspace
