Salt Lake City International Airport has facilities and services to accommodate those with functional needs or that need extra help. Some of these include: TDD phones are available in both terminal lobbies and throughout the concourses, wheelchairs with attendants, accessible restrooms, shops and restaurants. Elevators are located near the stairs and escalators. Wheelchair service is arranged through the airlines and airport personnel are available to assist customers. Use a white paging phone and dial “0” or call 801-575-2401 to request assistance. TSA Cares is a program to help travelers with disabilities through security check points. Passengers can call TSA Cares at 1-855-787-2227.

Animal Relief Stations
There are three animal relief stations outside security, two near the parking garage across from Terminals 1 and 2, and another located between Terminal Two and the International Terminal. These are grassy areas equipped with waste stations and space to exercise pets and relieve animals. There are also two areas within security designated for the same purpose on Concourse F (outside Gate F13) and Concourse E (outside Gate E1), both of which are wheelchair accessible. Contact an airline representative for escort to the pet relief areas in the secure area.

Passengers traveling through the airport with animals are required to keep the animals in a crate, kennel or other approved container. The exception is therapy dogs accompanied by a licensed organization, working law enforcement animals or service animals that are trained (or being trained) and registered to assist people with disabilities.
The Salt Lake City International Airport art collection is displayed throughout both terminals, most noticeably on the connectors between terminals. Zions Bank Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) are located in the lobbies of Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and the International Terminal. Additional ATMs (US Bank) are located throughout the secure side of the airport and serve members in the following networks: FSV, Fastbank, Plus EBT, StarP, NyceP, Star, Nyce, Pulse, Euronet Cirrus Intl, CirrusP, Plus, Cirrus, Shazam.
Power outlets are available throughout the terminals, including the connector between Terminal One and Terminal Two.
Federal Express drop boxes are located at the top of Concourse G in Terminal 1 and on the connector between Concourses C and D in Terminal 2.
Fax machines are available for use for free at Gordon Biersch Brewery in Terminal 1.
Foreign Currency Exchange
Foreign Currency Exchange is available through Travelex. The Travelex kiosk is located in Concourse D near gate D2. Travelex also provides Western Union services, allowing passengers to send and receive money from within the USA and abroad. Hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. For more information, visit www.travelex.com.
Infant Care and Lactation Rooms
The Salt Lake City International Airport provides facilities throughout the airport to help care for infants. Diaper changing tables are located in most of the women’s and men’s restrooms.
The Salt Lake City Airport welcomes breastfeeding anywhere the traveling public is allowed. Lactation Rooms are meant for milk expression or for babies who need a quiet place to nurse.
Lactation Rooms are located adjacent to the women’s restrooms in Terminal 2 and Concourses D and E, while private Lactation Rooms are located on Concourse G and on the connector between Concourses F and C. Click here for the airport’s interactive map for more information.

Lost & Found
Items found in the public areas of the airport - including the security checkpoints - are taken to the Airport Lost & Found located on the mezzanine level of Terminal 1.
The Lost & Found office is open for business from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (MT), Monday - Friday.
The Lost & Found office will be closed for all City observed Holidays.
The following items will be held till the end of business day and then discarded due to health and safety reasons: food items and containers, drink containers, neck pillows, and any soiled clothing items.
As per City ordinances relating to lost and abandoned property, the City and Airport presents notice that items will be disposed of, auctioned, or donated unless a proper claim is made by the owner on or before the 30th day of possession by the Airport. Notice of disposition by public notice will take place after the expiration of thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the property. The property shall be held by the Airport and not disposed of for a minimum of eight (8) calendar days, after the date of posting and publication of the notice.

Carts are available outside both terminals, in the baggage claim areas and throughout the concourses from cash and credit card-operated machines. Skycap service is available in front of both terminals for most airlines and in the parking garage for Terminal 2 passengers only.
Both terminals have mail drop boxes beyond security screening. In Terminal 1, the mailbox is located near the top of Concourse G. In Terminal 2, the mailbox is on the connector between Concourses C and D, near the Delta Sky Club. Stamps are available at post-security ATMs and at select newsstands.
Paging is accomplished by dialing "0" on a white paging phone located in the telephone banks throughout the airport or by dialing 801-575-2600.
Both terminals have shoeshine stands operated by Goodfellows Shoeshine. The stand in Terminal 1 is located at the top of the escalators after security screening. In Terminal 2, stands are located at the top of Concourse C.
Skycap Bag Service Curbside Check-in
Skycap check-in is available on the curbs in front of both terminals for Alaska, Delta, United, and Southwest Airlines. Delta Air Lines offers this service inside the parking garage and along the curb. Skycaps are available to assist passengers to all airline ticket counters for a fee.
- Alaska Airlines: 5:00 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.
- Delta Air Lines (curbside): 5:15 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Delta Air Lines (parking garage): 5:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
- Southwest Airlines: 4:15 a.m. to time season dependent
Skycap service can vary based on travel season. To confirm skycap service times, check with your airline.
Sky Club (Delta)
Delta Air Lines' Sky Club is located in the connector between Concourses C and D.
Smoking and vaping (or e-cigarettes) are permitted only in designated areas in front of the terminals. To locate the airport smoking areas, visit the Airport Terminal Map.
Payphones and TDD phones are available in both terminal lobbies and throughout the concourses.
Assistance with translating languages is available by dialing "0" on a white paging phone.
Passengers who have extra time and want to get some exercise while at the SLC International Airport can track their miles with this walking map. The map shows routes for inside the airport’s secure area as well as outside. Passengers leaving the airport’s secure area will need to allow enough time to go through a TSA security checkpoint to return to their gate.

Free wireless internet service is available throughout the airport. Following the instructions:
Open your device's wireless network connection window and select SLCAirport.wifi, then click CONNECT.
Once connected, start your browser.
A security pop-up will open. Click YES to accept the terms and proceed.
Then Click CONNECT to receive free airport Wi-Fi.
The Salt Lake City International Airport homepage will then open.
You can now browse to your desired destination.
