Hangar Waiting List Application

Do you currently own an aircraft?
Check each wait list you want to be on. There is a $150.00 application fee ($50.00 non-refundable) per wait list checked that must be received before your application will be processed.

Application fees may be paid by check made out to Salt Lake City Department of
Airports and mailed to Phil Bevan, Salt Lake City Department of Airports, PO Box 145550, Salt
Lake City, UT 84114 or with a credit card (see below).
