Theresa Foxley

Theresa Foxley is the President and CEO of EDCUtah. She previously served as the Deputy Director of Corporate Recruitment and Business Services at the Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED). Prior her time at GOED, Foxley worked as a business and finance attorney with the Salt Lake law firm of Ballard Spahr. There she represented a diverse set of clients in corporate and financial matters, including mergers and acquisitions. Foxley received her undergraduate degree from Utah State University and Juris Doctorate from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah.
