John Bradshaw

John Bradshaw has been in commercial real estate finance since the 1980’s and is a student of the Utah phenomenon as it has come of age. He founded Western Capital Real Estate Advisors in 1996, and in 2017 sold it to NorthMarq, a national commercial real estate debt and equity company. Currently, Bradshaw is an Executive Vice President and Regional Managing Director of NorthMarq. A near lifetime resident of Utah, he graduated from the University of Utah and obtained a graduate degree from Brigham Young University. Bradshaw has traveled much of the world and is a general aviation pilot.
