Salt Lake City International Airport has facilities and services to accommodate those with functional needs or that need extra help. Some of these include: TDD phones are available in both terminal lobbies and throughout the concourses, wheelchairs with attendants, accessible restrooms, shops and restaurants. Elevators are located near the stairs and escalators. Wheelchair service is arranged through the airlines and airport personnel are available to assist customers. Use a white paging phone and dial “0” or call 801-575-2401 to request assistance. TSA Cares is a program to help travelers with disabilities through security check points. Passengers can call TSA Cares at 1-855-787-2227.

Animal Relief Stations
There are two animal relief stations within security designated to relieve animals. They are located in Concourse A and on Concourse F (outside Gate F13), which is wheelchair accessible. Contact an airline representative for escort to the pet relief area in Concourse F in the secure area.

Passengers traveling through the airport with animals are required to keep the animals in a crate, kennel or other approved container. The exception is therapy dogs accompanied by a licensed organization, working law enforcement animals or service animals that are trained (or being trained) and registered to assist people with disabilities.
The Salt Lake City International Airport art collection is displayed throughout both terminals, most noticeably on the connectors between terminals. Learn more about SLC Airport’s art collection and take a self-guided tour through StQry. Look for signs with a QR code near selected pieces of artwork.
ATMs (US Bank) are located in the Gateway Center, Level 3 of the Termina, and in Concourse A and serve members in the following networks: FSV, Fastbank, Plus EBT, StarP, NyceP, Star, Nyce, Pulse, Euronet Cirrus Intl, CirrusP, Plus, Cirrus, Shazam.
Power outlets are available throughout the terminal and concourses.
Federal Express drop boxes are located at throughout the terminal.
Infant Care and Lactation Rooms
The Salt Lake City International Airport provides facilities throughout the airport to help care for infants. Diaper changing tables are located in most of the women’s and men’s restrooms.
The Salt Lake City Airport welcomes breastfeeding anywhere the traveling public is allowed. Lactation Rooms are meant for milk expression or for babies who need a quiet place to nurse.

Lost & Found
Items found in the public areas of the airport - including the security checkpoints - are taken to the Airport Lost & Found located on the second level of the terminal on the west end of the baggage claim area.
The Lost & Found office is open for business from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (MT), Monday - Friday.
The Lost & Found office will be closed for all City observed Holidays.
The following items will be held till the end of business day and then discarded due to health and safety reasons: food items and containers, drink containers, neck pillows, and any soiled clothing items.
As per City ordinances relating to lost and abandoned property, the City and Airport presents notice that items will be disposed of, auctioned, or donated unless a proper claim is made by the owner on or before the 30th day of possession by the Airport. Notice of disposition by public notice will take place after the expiration of thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the property. The property shall be held by the Airport and not disposed of for a minimum of eight (8) calendar days, after the date of posting and publication of the notice.

Contact your airline regarding items lost onboard an aircraft or lost luggage.
Carts are available throughout the terminal, in the baggage claim areas and throughout the concourses from cash and credit card-operated machines.
The terminal has mail drop boxes before and beyond security screening. Stamps are available at select newsstands.
Paging is accomplished by dialing "0" on a white paging phone located in the telephone banks throughout the airport or by dialing 801-575-2600.
Skycap Bag Service Curbside Check-in
Skycap check-in is available on the curb in front of both the terminal for select airlines.Skycaps are available to assist passengers to all airline ticket counters for a fee.
Skycap service can vary based on travel season. To confirm skycap service times, check with your airline.
Sky Club (Delta)
The entrance to Delta Air Lines' Sky Club is located just east of the Terminal Plaza.
Smoking and vaping (or e-cigarettes) are permitted only in designated areas in front of the terminals. To locate the airport smoking areas, visit the Airport Terminal Map.
Assistance with translating languages is available by dialing "0" on a white paging phone.
Passengers who have extra time and want to get some exercise while at the SLC International Airport can track their miles with this walking map. The map shows routes for inside the airport’s secure area as well as outside. Passengers leaving the airport’s secure area will need to allow enough time to go through a TSA security checkpoint to return to their gate.

Free wireless internet service is available throughout the airport. Following the instructions:
- Open your device's wireless network connection window and select SLCAirport.wifi, then click CONNECT.
- Once connected, start your browser.
- A security pop-up will open. Click YES to accept the terms and proceed.
- Then Click CONNECT to receive free airport Wi-Fi.
- The Salt Lake City International Airport homepage will then open.
- You can now browse to your desired destination.
